Lexbridge Consulting SAS, (LCSAS) headquartered in Colombia South America, a member of Lexbridge International Mergers & Acquisitions Group, LLC, has been formed to take advantage of the expected steady growth in the Columbian economy and the sizable continued foreign investment in many sectors of the economy. Columbia ranked a close second to Brazil in South America for M&A activity despite being only one-sixth the size of the latter's economy. Lexbridge Consulting SAS will provide services on joint ventures, strategic partnerships and alliances, mergers and acquisitions and on other consulting services, including enterprise risk management, business continuity management, ITIL, IFRS, Corporate Governance, Cobit, Sarbanes Oxley -Testing, SPANS, COSO, Simulation II, business valuation and investment banking and business improvement process.
