|  Brad Fleisher , a Managing Director of Lexbridge DC, has over 20 years experience as an investment banker, entrepreneur and attorney in finance, information technology, software, healthcare and digital media sectors. Mr. Fleisher joined Lexbridge in 2010 to lead and grow its Washington DC office and mid-Atlantic region presence. Mr. Fleisher provides M&A, capital formation, and strategic alliance advisory services.
From 2003 through 2009, Mr. Fleisher served as a Principal, a Managing Director, and a Practice Group Leader of FOCUS Bankers, a nationwide investment bank and advisory firm specializing in corporate transactions for middle market companies. Mr. Fleisher represented a wide range of clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, strategic partnerships, investment transactions, licensing and technology transfer agreements. Mr. Fleisher’s clients included public, private, family-owned, and early-stage companies, and private equity groups. Mr. Fleisher was responsible for starting and growing FOCUS’s Digital Information, Technology, and Media Practice Group where he developed and published Intangible Insights, an informational website using social media strategies to build the practice’s brand among firms with substantial intellectual property and intangible assets.
Prior to FOCUS, Mr. Fleisher founded and served as President of Adlego Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm offering regulatory compliance and staffing solutions to healthcare providers. Mr. Fleisher’s other positions include serving as Director of Product Development at PromiseMark, Inc., a venture funded, technology company that developed and marketed insurance-backed computer, data and Internet security service plans; and Senior Associate, New Product Development, for Stone Street Capital, a specialty finance company where he was responsible for the purchase of assets and cash flows from estates in probate, trusts and various contractual financing instruments. From 1994 through 1998, Mr. Fleisher was In-house Counsel for Eastbrokers International (Nasdaq: EAST), a Central European Investment Bank. He also co-founded and served as Executive Vice President of Spectrum Europe, an Eastbrokers spin-off that invested in radio stations located in Western and Central Europe.
Mr. Fleisher graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. from Tulane University and a J.D. from the University of Florida. Mr. Fleisher sits on the board of advisors of several of technology companies and is an active fund raiser for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington Metropolitan Area.
